Director of Music Ministries: Terry Jackson

Terry Jackson is excited to be back as Director of Music Ministries here at Trinity Presbyterian Church. Terry has served various churches in Little Rock and North Little Rock. Terry is a native of the great state of Arkansas (Woo, Pig, Sooie!). He received his Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance from Ouachita Baptist University with minors in piano, percussion, and voice. Currently Terry is a student at the University of Central Arkansas working towards an MBA degree. Terry is deeply committed to the music ministry here at Trinity and is passionate about making sure that all can worship through the musical offerings presented during the worship service. Outside the church, Terry is a seasoned mortgage banker. Outside of work, Terry enjoys working out, running, cooking, listening to all types of music, and watching all movie genres. Terry is married to Carolyn Lagrone-Jackson and they have one daughter, Nicole Jackson. In addition to Nicole, Terry and Carolyn have a “fur baby” named Jaxon P. Jackson.

Director of Youth and Children’s Ministries: Brooklyn Starkey
I’m honored to serve as the Nursery and Youth Director at our church. I have a heart for creating a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment where children and students can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and know that they are loved and valued.

I believe ministry is about more than simply planning activities—it’s about building relationships, showing up consistently, and helping each child and student understand that they have a place in God’s family. I’m passionate about working alongside our amazing volunteers and families to create a ministry where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and excited to be part of what God is doing.

Whether it’s caring for our youngest children in the nursery, spending time with our youth, planning events, or simply being there to listen, my goal is to serve with a joyful heart and help make our church a place where all are welcome here.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our church and look forward to seeing how God continues to work through our children, youth, families, and volunteers.
